0102 - Assist Access/Maintain Employment 
 

Through our assistance to access and maintain employment programs, we help seniors and people with disability, injury or mental health problems search for jobs, help adjust them in a workplace environment and help them understand their rights and responsibilities at work
and much more.

0120 - Households Tasks

Support workers undertake tasks such as cleaning stoves tops, wiping down bench tops and inside fridges as well as vacuuming or mopping floors, dusting, dishwashing, changing bed linen, washing, drying, and doing essential ironing. Individual items can be provided at a minimal cost, this includes delivery of linen.

0115 - Assist Daily Tasks/Share Living

Assistance With Daily Tasks/Shared Living focuses on developing and enhancing domestic skills that allow clients to live autonomously. It can also be delivered within shared living such as units or host family arrangement.

0116 - Innovation Community Participation

Assistance with Social and Community Participation

  • attend personal development courses.

  • join a social group.

  • take an outing or a holiday.

  • go on a holiday camp.

  • visit your local library.

  • see a movie or a concert.

  • go to community events, and/or.

  •  join a sporting club.

0107 - Assist Personal Activities

Assistance with personal activities is support provided to NDIS participants with daily personal activities that they cannot perform independently due to their disability. These activities include daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and eating.

0136 - Group/Centre - Base Activities

Provide a chance for NDIS participants to increase their social involvements. This has a significant impact on the well-being of your personal and career growth.

IT helps disabled people to participate in group & centre-based activities so that they can involve in social activities and be a part of the community.
The advantages of group & centre-based activities are like below:

  • Improves  psychological health.

  • Improved overall Health & Wellbeing

  • Helps to create skills and passion for new things.

  • Improves emotional sense and creates positive changes in mental health.

  • Create skills in Literacy and Numeracy.

  • Helps to adopt social competency.

  • Increases confidence.

  • Helps to become more interactive with society.

 0106 - Assist – Life Stages, Transition and Support

Includes short and long-term supports that focus on strengthening the participant’s ability to coordinate their supports, and to assist them to live at home and participate in their community including:

  •  support connection

  • coordination of supports

  • assistance with accommodation and tenancy obligations

  • life transition planning including mentoring, peer support and individual skill development.

  •  assistance with decision making, daily planning, budgeting.

0125 - Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities

Social and recreation activities are part of everyday life. These are activities everybody does
for fun and can help with your health and wellbeing. They can also help you to meet new people and improve your skills. When we talk about support for social and recreation activity funded under the NDIS, we mean the extra help you need to take part in these activities because of your disability. 

  • Social and recreation activities can include things like:

  • visiting your friends and family

  • active hobbies, such as bike riding, skiing, or kayaking

  • playing sport, such as tennis, surfing, or basketball

  • going out, for instance to the movies or a concert

  • going places for fun, such as shopping or visiting a museum

  • relaxing, like meditation or yoga

  •  learning new skills, like dance, art classes or quilting.

0117 - Development of Daily Living & Life Skills

Focuses on training the client to develop skills that can increase their ability to live independently, as well as participating in community activities. Such activities may include showering, toilet training and personal care. Shopping for groceries and planning meals.

0101  - Accomodation/ Tenancy

0114  - Community Nursing Care
